These shoes are strange. I wear an 8.5 in almost every shoe and I size down to an 8.0 if a brand doesn't have 1/2 sizes. I ordered these in the Women's 9/9.5. They are too short and my toes touch the end. The wide toe box is definitely that... WIDE. To play in these would be painful and cause injury. Returning.

Ordered 2 pairs of PB shoes. The bottoms wore very quickly. They immediately offered to send two new pairs. Ordered a different style and they are way more sturdy. Great customer service!

I am enjoying the shoes. I have only played two days in them but am very comfortable. My only complaint is the amount of time it took for the shoes to arrive.

These pickleball shoes are FANTASTIC!!! Got them yesterday, put them on this morning and played two hours of Pickleball; it's now 6:00 p.m. and I haven't taken them off. They are the MOST comfortable shoes! Not just Pickleball shoes, but SHOES!!!

You never hope to deal with customer service, but when you do, pray that you get the same customer service as they provide!!!

I shared a concern with customer service, I received a response within 24 hours. The response was professional and offered assistance with directions on how to proceed. I then received a follow up email asking if my issues were addressed. Excellent service, I was very happy with the associate who assisted.

What a wonderful and positive experience to deal with Cuurt shoes customer service. They are the most pleasant people to deal with. No hassle or bullshit. They get to the point. Love that. I have been getting a major disappointment over the years through online shopping. Most of them don’t even have customer support. If things didn’t work, I am stuck with the product. These are great pickle ball shoes . My reaction time has improved , as if I’m quicker on the push off when running .
I had a big problem with my knee but when I wear these with my orthotics I have absolutely no pain !!!
They are a good looking shoe as well .
So great I ordered a second pair .

Company kept me informed of status of delivery. The wait was longer than I’m used to, but I appreciate the updates. I have wide feet and my shoes were well worth the wait. I love them. Wish I bought two pairs but I didn’t know how well they would fit.

So I bought muuv flow shoes for pickleball but the soles on those shoes wore out quickly. I had another unused 2 pairs and spoke to customer service to see if I can send those back and get the new court shoes. Customer service was excellent!!! Response time was unbelievable. In short they are sending me the new ones and I will send back the other ones I have. I have not tried them so cannot rat it just yet. However, other than the soles of the first pair, the shoes were excellent. Took my achilles tendinitis away and I felt like I was walking on air. I an excited to get these new pairs and if the soles last for longer time then these will be my go to shoes. Thank you customer service for being so very helpful.

I have a bunionette and the bigger shoe box is comfortable for me even with narrow feet. I found the sneaker to run a little small and customer service has been great in exchanging the size.

We’ve loved our Muuv (now called Cuurt) but they started to show very early wear. We had posted on an ad that we had concern about it and they reached out directly to me on messenger to rectify the issue immediately and proactively. Top customer service and a company that stands behind their product.

I love the wider toe area. Next time, however, I will go up one size. I am a 8.5 so it was tough to choose smaller or larger. I do wish instead of 2 sizes for a shoe, there was only one.

Amazing shoe!!!!! It was incredible how it relieved my knee and leg pain. Truly a game changer! Telling paddle friends and anyone that plays!

I took advantage of the Buy-One-Get-One-Free offer. I was looking for help with my plantar fasciitis. These shoes have helped. I usually wear a Women's 7.5 shoe and my foot is very narrow. I ordered the 7/7.5 shoes. They were a little small; my big toe hit the end of the shoe.
Customer Service was great and sent me the same two pairs of shoes in 8/8.5's. They fit great. I was emailed a USPS label to return my other shoes. Over the top service.
I have played pickleball with the shoes. Great traction, no blisters, no break-in time required. Thanks for a great design.
