I left my Tesla car into Custom Vehicle…

I left my Tesla car into Custom Vehicle Solutions after having a chat on the phone to John (owner) about one of the handbrakes getting stuck on my Tesla Model S car. Told them Tesla was charging me £1000 to fit two new hand brakes, they advised cost to recondition would be a lot less. They went ahead and done the work without telling me the price beforehand. They charged me £1200 for the work which is outrageous. Brakes has since failed, but you have guessed it, no guarantee on the brakes.

I contacted Trading Standards who advised that they broke the law by completing the work and not giving me a price beforehand.

Based on other online reviews, this company has done this before. Seems like other people have left their car into this garage and have been charge several times what they expected to pay. I would not go near this company with your car or any other vehicle, dishonest people full stop.

Had a van fully kitted with the exquisite TEVO racking. Superior all the way through from customer service to turn around times. These guys know exactly what they are doing and are 100% professional.
