Real fraud
Warning! Fraudulent company that will try to be very fast responding and helpful - they even speak decent English. Except that you will pay 10x the normal price!
They claim no call out fee and nothing to pay before the work is done but they won’t make any clear invoice before or after. They do the work and ask for an exhorbitant amount. MANY RED FLAGS:
- come at random times instead of agreed time
- will try to come in odd hours (late night or weekend holiday so they can charge more)
- no company kvk or official details on website. In our case they even faked being from a different real company over the phone! They quoted their KVK and company name but turned out that that company has nothing to do with them
- they ask for direct cash or bank transfer payment - there are excuses why pin is not possible
- they claim they cannot leave the house until payment is made
- they will come with 2 people for a simple job to charge more, even if 1 worker effectively does nothing
- no google review, the website gives a fake 4.5 stars picture
Red flag upon red flag!
Scary that they seem to be able to hire real Dutch technically competent people in this scam!
Don’t bother with them but also with ANY website that looks similar.
