Extremely helpful over the phone, email, and in person. The team were very responsive and the prices were utterly fair and competitive. The van I hired was clean and in excellent condition.

I had a fantastic experience renting a Luton van with CVS. I was received by one lovely agent Niaz with first class customer service made me feel like I was a king and helped me out in every possible way.

I stopped short of giving a 5 star only because there was an issue with the shutters of the van which had to be resolved but ate an hour or so of my very valuable time.
Nonetheless, I commend the staff Miaz for his professional handling the whole time. He was courteous, attentive, chatty and helpful. He did a thorough review which unearthed the problem and acted swiftly to resolve it.

The van I've hired had a problem with the tail lift basically as we drove up the road from the office the tail lift feel flat went back and Niaz was very helpful and friendly. The mechanics fixed straight away.
Friendly and efficient service certainly recommend.

Great run happy with the service and the van. Definitely use them again hats off to Niaz for sorting it out quickly. Dropping off the van was easy at 2am which saved me allot of grief.

Please avoid. They will do all they can to keep your deposit. They( Tottenham)kept my deposit without discussing anything with me and when I contacted them they claimed that I didn’t clean the van to standard before bringing it back, even though I have been told by their own member of staff before that they have staff who clean the van prior to giving it to the next customer anyway.

Rented out a mini bus to a group of youngsters who used my property as a toilet. They need to be careful who they rent to. These people were drinking champagne and had no respect for other peoples property. If this is the type of people they allow to drive their sign written vehicles they should be avoided.

Rented a 17 seater minibus during July. Could not speak higher of them!! The friendliness, the courtesy of all staff was amazing. The van itself was just fine. (It had air conditioning, which isn't all that common in 17 seaters - and the temperature around London in July was VERY hot!!)
