I scheduled an installation 5 weeks in advance, and then 3 days before the installation guy called me to let me know he can't do it (he was quite helpful, it was because my pipes were too old, etc.) so I got a refund. Despite being out of a heater in the middle of the winter I am OK with this as what else could they do? But here it goes, 3 months later, I am still receiving emails about my "default" payment in a rude way. I have communicated 3 times that I have paid before but got a refund from their behalf, but they are still trying to get the payment with a rude e-mail.
