I honestly don't even know where to start. Ive had my Cwallet account for 4 or 5 years now and before 2 weeks ago, I never really had any issues worth mentioning. 2 weeks ago I sent 126 XRP to my Cwallet address. It was sent to the right wallet address and I used the correct memo. After an hour or so of my funds not reflecting in my balance, I did a little digging on my account and found out they KYCd me, which was fine, not a problem at all. I used my passport to verify my KYC. I submitted it incorrectly the first time, making a small error but resubmitted everything again and finally my KYC passed and my account was verified. I was then told that I had to fill out a form to recover my funds, which I did. They said it would take 5 days. I submitted the form 8 days ago. Although I did just now receive some of my XRP, I didn't receive all of it! They charged me a service fee of 25 XRP (20%of the amount I sent) At its current value, that's approximately $80!! All i did was send coin to my Cwallet, no mistakes were made when sending it. The receive address was entered correctly and the memo was also entered correctly! They withheld the coin from me and told me I needed to KYC, which I did and passed the KYC process. Then they said i needed to fill out the coin refund form and submit it and that it would take around 5 days for them to complete the process, but assured me that I would receive my funds after everything had been completed. I know I was using their custodial wallet, but how is it even legal for a company to essentially confiscate my money I deposited and tell me that I have to complete the KYC process and also complete a coin refund form before I can access any of my funds, and then charge a 20% service fee (25 XRP=$80) for services they made it required for me to complete. I don't have an issue being KYCd before being able to access my account or money in my account.. My issue is that after I completed the processes they required for me to access my funds, they then charged me a service fee ($80) for those processes which they themselves imposed and made requirements for me to gain access to my own money!!

This company freezes all funds and does not want to refund or release them even after providing the source of your funds and after going through your KYC. STAY AWAY!

If i could rate C wallet 0 stars i would. What an absolute joke- scamming people out of their money- and letting the scammers get away with it. There is a chat option on the actual app/website- but no one ever responds to messages. there is no other contact means, apart from the Cwallet telegram group- where everything is public and the scammers prey on people. i was having an issue with an incorrect memo on a transfer- no one responded on the app. i went to the tg hannel looking for another contact method and was told by a supposed admin to await their response. i was then contacted by someone claiming to be official support ( it all looked legit- then again there is no other way to verify who is who) who started making me set up all these other accounts then told me i needed to deposited more money in order to do the reimburssement. i then stated i didnt think this sounded legit and they told me well then you just have to forfeit your money. i advised i will contact management and they said ok- within 5 mins the money from my account was gone- their page was account was deleted- i reported immediately- and am yet to receive a resoponse.DO NOT USE THIS WALLET- unless you want to lose your money.

Scamming people and steal your funds when you complain you cross some rule that the have made what you nowhere cant find that rule and than they block your account

A scammer was able to swap 400$ of btc to usdt in two seperate transactions and sent the usdt to an external wallet all without ever having to log into my account or pass my 2fa.
They have major security flaws and support told me to go **** myself there is nothing they are willing to do. And they refuse to explain to me how the scammer was able to gain access to my account. I would avoid c wallet because of the security gaps, they are not safe.

Don't waste your time. If you try to withdraw, for example: .00015 LTC then the fee is .00022 LTC the total is .00037 LTC. If you add more LTC then try to withdraw .0004 then the fee goes up to .00047 for a total of .00087 So forth and so on.

They refuse to follow their own policy regarding incorrect transfer memos, and want to just keep several hundred dollars for themselves. I have reached out through various channels, and they either ignore altogether or block.

It was fast and reliable, thanks. Just a suggestion: it would be great to have the option inside the wallet to swap from crypto to PayPal, maybe paying a fee.

used to love this wallet but their customer service is absolute trash. Have funds missing for over 6 days now, and we aren't talking pennies but thousands. I go into their tele group to inquire about the issue and I get banned from group and blocked by admin for literally just asking "what's up with the bsc node"
