Day 4 of asking withdrawal 48617 marked as paid but not credited in account. Please give any update on my withdrawal I have already shared the pdf of statements with past 3 months till current date. Whenever asked to agent regarding balance they say only wait 48 hours. This is second time happened. First 7k amount they didn't give almost 20 days I asked chat agent for update on the withdrawal they just said wait 24 or 48 hours except there is no any support from the cwinz. I almost playing from 3 years but now this is big issue where marking the withdrawal as paid and not crediting in account.

I’m really disappointed with my experience on Cwinz. I’ve submitted my verification documents multiple times, but my account still hasn’t been verified. What’s even worse is that my withdrawal has been restricted, even though I’ve already provided all the required information.

On top of that, their customer service is extremely frustrating. It feels like I’m only talking to bots—responses are repetitive and don’t actually address my concerns. There’s no real support or clear resolution to the issue.

At this point, I honestly can’t recommend this platform. It feels like a waste of time and effort, especially when you can’t even withdraw your own money.

Usually when you deposit money , it's instantly credited to Cwinz account. But sometimes hiccups arises. I had this experience yesterday. But I was not worried at all. I chatted with customer care and they promptly resolved the issue. My money got credited to the game account. Now I can play. Thank you Cwinz

So many times my deposit amount not get paid to my account and when I report for issue thay say first 10-60 minutes money will be credited but it won't get paid and I again report for same issue than that will say that it will take 24 hours please us time don't worry you amount is safe than i still not get paid than i again report after 24 hours then thay say that thay have not received the amount so thay can't add money if I ask questions to than than thay will tell that same question is not work it's will not change my answer so bad thay always scam it's been so many times that I did not get my amount paid more than 50times and I never get amount paid and everytime thay told me same thing and I have not get single payment of that deposit amount thay repeat same thing every times
