I like to thank to Katherine and Fibi for taking care of my case. They are prompt in responds and update on my case also of actions taken.
Even thought Coinbase left me very insecure and disappointed of their security of my account on their platform.
I wish i knew about the company before, it could prevent myself from Coinbase impersonators.
It could save my grief, stress and issues caused to my health.
I hope Action Fraud will pull their socks up and act on fraud, impersonators, scammers faster than 28 days and stop closing cases without talking to the victims in such cases.
I understand authorities have their processes in place but scammers has no tolerance and more educated, fast to achieve their goals.
