They're a complete scam. I ordered the tan moth cape from them. It's been 3 days and I haven't received an order number or even a tracking number. I contacted tech support, gave them all my information and they said my order was never made, even though I sent them a screenshot of my payment to them being processed and approved by my bank. They refuse to sent me my order and tell me that I need to buy ANOTHER 60 dollar cape. they're unprofessional and are extremely short and rude to you.
Sent me the wrong item and refuses to fix my order unless i pay for new item and shipping for old item. I looked up their address from the shipping label, apparently they use multiple company names around the internet to escape people looking up reviews. Also, all of their items are out sourced from China and the cheapness shows!!!
