Read everything I could about the…

Read everything I could about the Cyberheater before buying it. Everything I read made it sound like a great product so I ordered one only to find out it is a piece crap. It is advertised as heating a 250 sq ft in 10 mins. To test that I pluged it in my bathroom which is 48 sq ft, set it for 75 degrees, closed the door to keep the heat in, and let it run for 1 hour. When I opened the door I didn't notice the room was any warmer. Very disappointed. I decided to return it and got 1/2 of my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS HEATER!

Crappy Product, Crappy Support

The product does not heat the 250SQ they said it does/ So I wanted to return the product and they could not complete the refund with my bank. We got on the line with them and my bank and the bank states as I have done before they do this all day long. So they offered a 50% refund and will send me the check. close to 60 days now no check, 5 calls to support. 404 error on Contact link on web site.
