I was told by a friend that if I buy a hundred dollars worth of a metal I would get $10 off. I put $100 dollars on the purchase and when I checked out, I didn't get the discount. I received an email with the promo code and emailed there customer service. I was told to enter the promo code at checkout. I was also told that it has to be an exact $100 even though the system glitches every time and adjusts on its own (Which I thought was normal). I went back and put another $100.04 with the promo code and got dupped. I received no $10 promo. I was then told after, that it only works the first time. Geez, Thanks alot for the misinformation and misrepresentation.

No issues redeeming. Easy to use

So far so good. Easy to use. I bought my metals from JM Bullion which led me to TDS vaults which led me to Cybermetals. All backed by A-Mark. Fast transactions with Cybermetals. Highly recommend.

I have been using CyberMetals since the rollout and am extremely satisfied. The app is very easy to understand and navigate. The prices and fees are transparent and VERY competitive. You can purchase unallocated Gold and Silver at spot plus a very small premium. They also have platinum and palladium. Their management fee is extremely competitive. ( I closed my other accounts at 3 other competitors)
I highly recommend these guys for buying precious metals near the spot price.
