I’ve used CyberTel for nearly a year now and the service is first class. I needed to upgrade to a larger data package and the upgrade was done in under 10 minutes. Really well done!

Switched to Cyber Tel a few weeks ago and haven’t looked back. The coverage is rock solid—even in spots where my old provider used to drop out—and the data speeds are consistently fast. What really sets them apart, though, is the customer service. No long waits, no robotic scripts—just real people who actually know what they’re doing and get issues sorted quickly.

Pricing is fair and transparent with no shady add-ons, and setting up my account was quick and painless. It’s rare to find a mobile provider that delivers exactly what they promise. Cyber Tel does—and then some. Highly recommend.

Quick and painless to switch too. I had problems with setting up sim card and got personalised and fast responses that easily solved my problem.

Cybertel has been very helpful in respect to providing a good service, I can now get an efficient signal without moving all over the house trying to find a clear connection. Would highly recommend the service. If I’ve needed assistance they have dealt with it straight away. Also a lot cheaper than other providers plus you are not stuck in an everlasting contract.

Best switch I’ve ever made!

As someone who travels the world with my job, CyberTel are the No1 for keeping me connected. The switch over was simple and customer service was on hand to answer my questions.

Even if you don’t travel that often, I’d definitely recommend to everyone. There’s a package that will be suitable for all.

CyberTel is a new upcoming mobile network provider which I fantastic for: anyone who is looking for an affordable mobile network, people who do a lot of travelling and spend time abroad, and people who often struggle to get good signal. Since being with CyberTel I have had excellent service everywhere I go, far better than my previous network provider, and are still able to offer me an affordable price. I have yet to go abroad since being with them but after looking at the service they offer for people who are travelling. I feel extremely comfortable being in their hands when I next go on holiday. I cannot recommend this company enough.

This brand new business is unbeatable. Cybertelecom is cheap, affordable and for everyone and anyone in the world. The customer service is amazing, nothing like I’ve experienced before with other companies.

Amazing fast speeds in Europe and across the world! Would highly recommend to others. So easy to set up and had a step by step guide from Olly which was fantastic. Great price too! Five stars!

I joined Cybertel in January and since moving over I have not had any issues.
No matter where I go I always have signal and now I can stay connected without a worry.
The customer service has been amazing from start to finish, when switching my sim over I had a step by step guide if needed but it was overall simple and easy.

I have used cybertelecom for a few months now, and I have found the service absolutely seamless. I have used both in Europe, and worldwide, and have always had great signal. I would recommend to anybody who is looking to switch providers.

Olly and his team are wonderful. They have given me a plan which has shaved £8 off my monthly bill with no cut to what I get. Recently travelled to Paris and the no roaming, no issue with coverage was brilliant. In fact my husband had to borrow my data to get coverage. He has since moved over!

I’ve been using CyberTel UK for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The coverage is consistently strong, even in areas where other networks tend to drop out. Whether I’m at home, at work, or traveling, I always have a reliable signal. Customer service has also been fantastic, friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any questions I’ve had. The pricing is fair, and the data speeds are excellent. Streaming, browsing, and calls all work seamlessly.

Brilliant service haven’t had any complaints with this service. Mobile phone sim works really well everywhere I have been and it is very cheap for what you’ve get with it, as well the boardband once again works brilliantly, haven’t had any gaming issues or anything wrong with the Internet I give it 10 out of 10 service.

Excellent service and not an issue at all. Easy to set up. I’m loving every part of it. I used to struggle to get signal. I now struggle to find somewhere I can’t get signal.
