Easy! Great support.

Pretty easy for someone like me with near to no knowledge about running a server to get into and the price point is fantastic. Juan was willing to answer even my silliest questions when it came to getting things running! Thanks Cybrancee!

Lorem

I had a really good experience with Lorem from support. I was trying to set up a Terraria tModLoader server and ran into a bunch of issues, especially with uploading my world and matching the server settings. It honestly took me around 2 hours of troubleshooting.

Lorem was patient the whole time and guided me step by step, asking for screenshots and explaining exactly what needed to be changed. The issue ended up being related to the world file naming and server configuration, which I wouldn’t have figured out on my own.

Even when I was a bit all over the place trying different things, they stayed helpful and responsive. In the end, everything worked perfectly and I was able to join my server with the correct world.

Really appreciate the support — made a frustrating setup way easier. Thanks again! 😄

We were unable to match the experience described to our records, so we wanted to provide some clarity on the interactions we do have on file.

A support ticket was raised on 9th March 2026. We responded with the relevant instructions within 3 hours, however we did not receive a reply and the ticket was subsequently closed.

Regarding today's live chat at 16:17, our agent provided full instructions to your request at 16:24. These instructions were not acknowledged after multiple attempts, so a second agent joined at 16:40 to offer an alternative explanation. At this point, the customer chose to end the live chat session before our team were able to provide further assistance. Our team then followed up via the original ticket with the complete details once more.

We are sorry that the resolution process did not feel straightforward, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to work through this with you directly. However, we do want to be transparent that our team responded promptly at each stage and made every effort to assist.

I am brand new to hosting a custom…

I am brand new to hosting a custom discord bot. Cybrancee made it easy and very clear, with a great walkthrough of how to set it up quickly and easily. I may have had a hiccup but when I reached out to support the response time was quick and very helpful. Juan was kind and helped pinpoint the mistake I had made within minutes. Merged over from G-Portal as I was…

Merged over from G-Portal as I was having a lot of issues with them.
Transition was very smooth. Portal is user friendly. Any problems that arise are usually pretty easily diagnosed.
Ticket support is a little on the slower side but very helpful.
Lorem was great through live chat support and helped me very easily work through a DNS issue I was having.
All in all very happy with the move and host for my game server
