Bearings on rear wheel totally shot after 10 months. Summer use only. Complained but no joy. Local bike shop replaced bearings. The 6802 & 6902 not good enough for disc braked rear wheel. One was tiny & very open to elements. Local bike shop wasn't impressed with build. Light wheels but hub needs to be bigger for better larger bearings like 6803 & 6903 as reccomended by Hambini for the added weight and stresses of a disc braked rear wheel which for the sake of 10 or 20g would be better.My 16 year old 55kg son had to revert back to his his standard Merida winter wheel which is still running as new.

I placed the order on Sunday afternoon and received the wheels by Tuesday lunchtime. I was out on the bike in the sunshine Tuesday night. I highly recommend the Cero AR30 disc wheels. This is my second pair of Cero wheels; I previously had a set of the Cero 50 carbon rims, which were also faultless.

Five-star service - I've used Cycle Division before and they've been brilliant. An unfortunate ordering hiccup with the IT system on this occasion was speedily resolved by Customer Service. They kept me informed with calls and emails throughout, arranging prompt delivery of the correct items. A company that can rise above an error and leave you happy is a great company. Thank you Cycle Division.

Wheels arrived quickly, well packaged. Call to them answered quickly, and query answered. Will be a few weeks before wheels used but they look good.

Ordered some Cero AR30 wheels on the Friday afternoon and received them by the Saturday afternoon, wow speedy service.
Wheels are light, spin up beautifully and straight and true out of the box

Very positive phone response, but no acknowledgement of subsequent email I sent with the requested information.
I then ordered the part and received no acknowledgement of the order, other than that from PayPal.

I also pointed out that the website functionality is seriously flawed on an android mobile phone. That was not acknowledged either.

At least this feedback request indicates that my order was indeed received...

Great service and all ways really helpful with advice when phone up ....ultra fast delivery (next day), Packed well, .....New CERO AR24 back wheel bearings ....Originals have done over 27,000 miles , wheel still spins well but just starting to feel not quite as good as they was so time to replace them. Fantastic wheels have several sets

No confirmation of order sent. No despatch or tracking details E.Mailed. Initial order was lost by delivery firm
and a second order was despatched. When the second order arrived it was a different colour to what was ordered with no explanation.I think this firm would benefit with better communication with their customers.

Amazingly quick delivery. Ordered some CERO wheels on Friday afternoon and they were here on the following day. Very well packed and presented. These are my second set of CEROs (the first set are still going strong). Will continue to use CycleDivision for cost effective, lightweight wheels.
