Broke during first real usage

While I'd received my order back in Jan '22 I didn't actually use it until Dec 2023. While working on the second tire, the bloody thing broke at the pivot. The plastic is fine, the metal nut/bolt was rubbish and snapped.

The shop appears offline, and no one seems to respond.

Not worth even 1 star 🌟

Save the effort of chasing your refund as you will need to do this as the items for myself and many others just don't turn up. Gave the business a chance and fails to respond to any emails, don't say you haven't been warned,. Thank you PayPal for the refund 😁

Item did not arrive

Ordered a bicycle tyre seating tool online. Item didn't arrive and there was no response to my follow up email. Looking at other reviews, I can't believe this company is still trading. Normally I check out companies before I order online but this one was recommended by a reputable bike magazine so I assumed they had done the due diligence. I'm not going to make this mistake again!

Excellent service!

I bought the tire seating tool a year ago, and it works. While installing an especially truculent tire last week, the pivot bolt snapped. I emailed Cycle Pal, and they promptly responded they would send me a new one, which arrived yesterday. Good product, excellent customer service.

Products never arrived

Despite the poor reviews I ordered x2 tyre levers from cyclepal..2 weeks later and still not delivered, some lame excuse about low levels of orders and have sent out but they clearly haven't. Asked for refund which they've agreed to but would have rather had the products. Can't recommend anyone buys from here

Non existent customer service

Non- existent customer service. Accidentally purchased a disc brake aligner tool but was supposed to purchase a dummy hub (which is good quality to be fair). Although a simple mistake, I called and emailed but no response I'm down £10. Voicemail goes to someone called Jasper. Will be taking further action.

Calliper centre tool is dramatically…

Calliper centre tool is dramatically over priced for a piece of folded thin gage stainless steel, customer service is poor at best, this company if it could be give a zero star I would. Thankfully I reclaimed my money via PayPal. The company disappeared on social media for a while but have surfaced again, avoid and save your money, you can get the same products on ebay and up to 40% cheaper.

Cyclepal is terrible company that…

Cyclepal is terrible company that should be avoided. Bought the Cyclepal seating tool that makes claims for toughest tyres with many reviews. Mine buckled on first attempt. Customer services do not exist and they openly admit to not answering or returning calls. Luckily paid by PayPal. Tried for 3 weeks to get response from Cyclepal who then said they would refund damaged tool and I return unused tool for refund. I registered complaint with PayPal and after Week later with no refund and evidence they had 2nd tool I esculated to claim with PayPal. I have finally received a full refund but would not without backing of PayPal. Do not purchase anything, if you do, don’t expect any customer service and ignore reviews which evidently fake, scam company yet again on Facebook. Don’t waste your money, time or effort!
