Fox transfer seat post

Good communication however part product not in stock but being advertised as in stock,having to wait 2 weeks for delivery not good not shop fault but did say in stock.

Top man

Matt together with ukcycle centre is the easiest to deal with. Hassle free straight forward very knowledgeable about tge products and gives unbias advice.

Great service and communication.

Great service and communication from start to finish. I had a slight issue with sale price returning to normal price when the item was added to basket. The issue was immediately resolved through customer service and the item arrived in just a few days.

These guys are friendly and very helpful! I have returned for a number of parts. All have been in great condition and well packed for delivery!

Good price on dropper seat post but …

Good price on dropper seat post but some communication about whether order had been received/dispatched/estimated dispatch time would be. But maybe it's down to time of year (between chrimbo - New Years) ? Who knows.

Customer Service training required

Ordered a riding jacket but it was out of stock, I was offered an alternative or a refund. I took the refund but it took a while to come through. The manager took the time to explain the reasons and said that training would be given to rectify the problems I encountered. I would order from them again though.

Good morning Tracey,

As explained on the phone we are very apologetic for the item being unavailable to yourself at this time. They are due back in stock but as explained on the phone this is not for a number of weeks (probably not it time for Christmas).
The reason for the mistake is due to the order being placed over the phone and not on our website, which rules out any stock management. Unfortunately the member of staff did not check the stock level before proceeding with the sale and honouring the black friday price for yourself as a good will gesture.
When your order wen to be prepped in dispatch the following day the error was picked up, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the Manager was out of the business for 4 days (for whihc the reasons have been explained to yourself). The manager did get in contact with you on the day he returned and processed the refund over the phone with you there and then. When you then called the following day a member of the sales team also provided you with the authorisation code from the card machine so that you could chase it. So although we did take 4 days to actually process the refund, we did go beyond standard operating procedure in way of an apology and refund you instantly over the phone. I am sorry to say that the rest of the delay will be down to your card issuer.
We are very sorry you feel let down and as a growing business we really care about our customers. After our phone conversation and verbal apology you seemed to sound like you were happy with the explanation and resolution. So it was a shock for us to then see this.
I would ask you to either contact us on the number you have previously used 03331212727 or amend your review as a 1* review with some slightly incorrect details contained within is very damaging for ourselves as a business.

Helpful, friendly staff

The servers went down when I'd travelled to collect my bike so I couldn't take it away. Adam couldn't have tried harder to resolve the issue, and chucked in a couple of goodies to soften the blow of a wasted trip! Fantastic
