Terrific product selection, availability, and pricing in the type and size I needed. For a few extra euros I chose Chronopost rapid delivery to my door step, and Voila`, in 3 days I got my order. Perfect compact and secure packaging, also. With 3 velos to maintain, you can be sure I will return to Cycletyres.fr!

Id recommend your company to everyone I know, hands down to all of you. When I first order didnt arrive ontime, but everytime I emailed I received an answer within 24 hours keeping me updated of my purchase. Then unfortunately tires were defective and I request an exchange, I received my new set of tires without expecting it as the Spanish division first said they couldn't but the French side sent it to me, the new one ones are much better. Product defects are out of your hand, as sometimes happens, but customer service satisfaction is not, and you all nailed it. I will be a returning customer from now on and any friend that needs supplies my first recommendation is this company
