The SkiRack really holds well on the bike and, yes, holds the skis. Components are not the generic ones but seem to be custom designed and are of much higher quality (non-fraying straps; buckles are not clipping your fingers and have a magnet inside to facilitate correct clipping). Smart engineering of simple things and flawless execution!
