Brunswick Maine fights for pollution mitigation
I am involved with a citizens organization the is trying to hold the US Navy accountable for the PFAS pollution that they left at Brunswick Naval Air Station Brunswick. Many people who live near the base property are finding that their wells are polluted with PFAS that is in the ground on the former base. We use the. Cyclopure PFAS test kits to check people’s wells, streams and coastal waters. The Cyclopure test kits are relatively cheap and easy to use so our people can test more sites than we can with the more expensive test kits from local laboratories. Cyclopure has been very helpful and responsive to our needs.

I’ve used them twice. Accurate, on time testing. A fraction of the cost of other EPA approved testing methods. Easy to use, customer-centered process. They do a nice job.

Did what was expected nothing more
Did what was expected nothing more. I wish the report I received had more explanation of the issues and risks. What can be done to fix the issues- great opportunity to have sold one of there filters and why there filter is better. Also maybe a discount on the filter to trigger a buy. I think they did ok but without further data I am unsure- like we used this method to test this and it’s certified by X and error rate is between X and Y. Just sending out a report to a homeowner is such a wasted opportunity

Thanks for the feedback. It's tough because we're a materials chemistry lab that has developed DEXSORB® a highly selective adsorbent that removes PFAS from water. We're not big on salesmanship or telling folks how to think. Our tests are designed to be screening tools. Hopefully homeowners know that Cyclopure is a resource and If PFAS is present in a report we are one phonecall away from discussing remediation methods. Discounts are always available to students, seniors, veterans and communities. Again, we appreciate your opinion and will take a look at our marketing efforts.

We completed a water filtration project with Cyclopure. They were easy to work with; their product works great and is easy to implement; their support staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
