I did not received my order from Cymbiotika through Amazon shipping, so I contacted the customer service. Both, Olivia and Avery from Customer service have taken a good care of me and shipping me a replacement of my order. Thanks to both and to Cymbiotika for this outstanding customer service!!!

I’ve been taking these supplements for a couple months now. I love the magnesium and the D3.
The liposomal sleep WORKS! I was skeptical at first but it truly helps me fall asleep faster. I bought one for a friend too who also has trouble falling asleep and she loves it!

I have been using Cymbiotika for over a year, I’ve never had an issue and the first time I did they corrected it in a timely manner. I was impressed how quickly I received my replacement.

I had a question- I had earned a free tote bag, but had not yet received it. I reached out to Cymbiotika and their support team quickly got back to me the same day and assured me that the tote would be sent with my next order.

I have been a customer of cymbiotika for quite some time now, at least a year, and I have always had great customer service experiences with them. Anytime I have an issue I always send a chat message or email and they respond PROMPTLY, usually same day, with a resolution. They are extremely helpful. I had an order/subscription issue, I emailed them, and within the hour they responded and corrected my issue beyond satisfactory. Just steller service. This is why I will always continue to support this brand. I love the glutathione and will certainly try the NAD as well.

I placed an order (I order online ALL the time) and it turns out it was a recurring order...trickery. I had a very difficult time canceling the recurring order. It is not at all easy and it keeps taking you away from the page (after you finally find it) before you can click on "subscription" and then "cancel," I wanted to try their product, but will definitely NOT be reordering.
