This is clearly a scam website.

This is clearly a scam website.

I urge any victims to report the youtube channel itself (blick-arbitrage) which is run by someone named Daria Gorecka from Poland. If you noticed, the channel is actually a hacked account, and their previous account name was "Al Ghofilin Indonesia Bersholawat", an Indonesian organization. And also report the site to Google Safebrowsing as a phishing site.
