Clearer information
The website was easy to use and we found what we thought was the perfect holiday. Once booked we had to contact Cyprus paradise as the board type was not displayed on the invoice as advertised.
On phoning there was no answer 3ven though the system was saying no1 in queue. Tried twice and then emailed.Disapointed that it was not clear the included local drinks where only at dinner time/ meals and the wording on the information needs to be better. Some of the hotels on the site state this very clearly but not on the hotel we booked.
Since the review Cyprus Paradise have been quick to contact and listen to my views which shows a good customer understanding.

This was my initial experience utilizing Cyprus Paradise for a holiday booking.
The company came highly recommended by a colleague.
Upon contacting them, I had the pleasure of speaking with Kathleen, who provided exceptional assistance. She inquired about our holiday preferences.
Our holiday was successfully booked within an hour. Subsequently, I had a few questions, which I addressed to Kathleen via email. I received a prompt response, and all matters were resolved that same afternoon.
I wholeheartedly endorse this company and will definitely be using them again.

First time using Cyprus Paradise and I couldn’t be more impressed – the service was absolutely amazing! A huge shoutout to Kathleen in Customer Service, who truly embodies what great customer care is all about. She took the time to explain every single detail clearly, from booking logistics right down to how the airplane seats operate – nothing was too small or too much trouble for her. The phrase "goes above and beyond" was made for people like her; she’s a total star!
