I have had my identity storm on my banks fraud last lap on my social media taking over and I thought the cyber mount would protect my phone and my account wow it doesn’t. You want to protect it so you put your name and everything in there and it’s United States can you cannot so you can’t protect it so what happened to me today June 25, 2024. My Tangerine bank was Friday. My Koho was taking over today so this app is stupid and it’s not verified. You can tell it’s not verified. They say it is what they they insurance what is that all about? they don’t even use it iMessage them do I get a phone call back I call me back this afternoon not one phone call. I looked at my messages. No reply messages at all in two days so this app is the worst protection I ever had and I believe that they should pay for the money that was taken for my bank For hacker I will go to the BBB and I’m going to complain about this if I don’t get a reply and if I don’t get my money back because it didn’t work, it couldn’t protect my finance. I will sue and I will win. I have proof so anybody that thinks that is good. It’s not don’t waste your money, like hackers don’t give a crap all they care about is getting money for people they don’t help you at all so think twice about this. Don’t even use it. Honestly I am mad. I’m sad and I’m sick of people saying that they’re gonna protect you but they don’t. They just want the money read before you pay for anything because I found that you guys aren’t verified and it says they are so they lie don’t use this app it will ruin you not help you.

Sorry … I have to say this - but I feel scammed here. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and typed in credit card information. I of course want to pay if the support is any good. Now I haven’t heard anything in the chat regarding my first need of support. Still only 5-6 hours into my trial.

So, I want to cancel my subscription but I’m send to Apple iTunes where I - of course- dont have a subscription as I never signed up through there. I used the website.

I now assume I’m going to pay for at least one month before I can get help to cancel or make my bank refuse the payment.

I signed up for this app to protect my accounts and because my IG account was hacked recently. I was able to talk to Mona who was one of the customer agents, and she helped me recovery my account! I asked if she can call me asap because I was panicking and she was very empathetic about my situation.

It took a while to recover it after submitting the forms 10 times! She did explain that it is a long process because IG sucks in not having customer support. Glad I was able to get it back after multiple attempts. Highly recommending this app for protection.

The app is of no use. I have had it for a few weeks to try and get my Instagram and Facebook back which were both hacked. I have followed the steps they gave and nothing has happened. I even set up a call to speak with Mona….and she was a no show. I would not recommend!
