I have ordered since 3/09/25 and my order is still being prepared. I have asked for an update and to cancel the order as I do not need the product any longer and both emails have not been replied to. This is the worst customer care I have ever received. I am not happy at all

I've ordered some C6, Cu- GHK, and 2x BPC157. arrived in germany in less than 10 working days. however, I am still missing the second bottle of BPC. I cintacted them three times but never got an answer.
produvts do not seem legit. everything is just in some vial, no label, seal etc. an packed in brown bags with a handwritten label.
beeing a chemist myself, I can tell that this violates an number of international guidelines and GLP. furthermore, its just white powder, could be anything...

absolutely not recommended

I ordered Bpc but I got no shipment email, even after one week and several tries to contact them I got no answere. Only when I threatened with police they suddenly answered within an hour and told me that their packager is sick. Only then they packaged my order and sent it to me. Now after two weeks I got my powder. So be careful and if possible buy with another more trustful shop.

I can't comment on the product quality yet, but in terms of pricing and shipping speed, there is no better alternative in the whole of Europe.

Package was delivered as a sealed bottle with absolutely nothing in it. Order #2033, what happened?

EDIT: After contacting them they immediately sent out a replacement package that arrived fast with everything there. Appreciate the responsiveness!

Fraudulent website. They don't respond to emails, and do not give refunds. Stay away.

I’ve sent 5 emails at this stage regarding getting a refund on an order I sent back. I returned some semax as I thought it came as a ready to use solution but it did not. It took 2 weeks for them to send me a return address, now it’s been a month since I sent the item back (sent within Sweden)

They are either very very slow at processing returns and emails or they’ve scammed me.
I’m happy to alter this review if I get my refund

My order arrived late and with missing products. Out of the 3 products i ordered, 1 was missing, worth 25 euro. I sent CZIOM an email and also contacted via their page chat, and was told the missing products would be reshipped, however this did not happen and from then on they would not answer to my messages. Also the products were shipped one week late, although they appreared in stock.
I would not recommend buying from this supplier

After 11 days, still don't have my order, so I lost my hope to get it, contact number is somebody else's number, no answer to email, so can you guess if I recommend it or not

Ordere Uridine monophosphate, Oxiracetam , CDP choline and Noopept powder.

Came after aprox 5 days but i dont feel any effect.
Powders also look different from other brands and packaging is awful.

Only improvent to ask for would be possibility to pay by card. Bank transfer is a hassle an have longer leadtime.

First of all, the packaging is horrible. They send you 600 milligrams of powder in a bottle that could easily fit half a kilo; with the product inside a rolled up plastic bag so big that the powder is spread all over and every time you open it, it just flies away.

The second thing is that they do not include tiny pre-measured scoops like other brands. So if you need to weight something as small as 10mg, go buy an ultra-precise scale that's going to cost you more than the actual nootropics... Doesn't make sense.

The quality of the nootropics might be ok, but that doesn't change the fact that I received a completely different order... and am not getting any support after almost 2 weeks since I complained
