This company has to be worse I’ve ever ever dealt with, had a pair for Christmas brought online , tried them on walked about in house felt ok, went for a walk outside 2.82 miles later blisters so bad, emailed there customer service support explained the problem, olia returned the email with you have to buy a size bigger !,plus u needed to wear them indoors for 30days before going out in them , so I suggest you gift your £149 trainers to someone they will fit and buy another pair you can have a poxy 20% discount wow talk about disgusting customer service got your mob now so we don’t care I’ll be sticking with NEW BALANCE from now on they not only listen sort the problems you have and take on feed back,ONCLOUD. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IVE ALSO TOLD MY RUNNING LUB TO RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION
