Short Version is these guys are great. Detailed version is that server issues were happening when I made my order and it took a while to be made, they refunded my order and when I asked why, they explained. I said I still wanted to use their site, so after multiple attempts, they offered my order for free. I felt bad about that so I ordered another set to get them some money, and then more issues happened. The customer service was absolutely above par, and they were extremely apologetic about everything. They were very patient with me always checking in on it, and I delt with 2 different people and both were amazing help. They gave me some other stuff for free as well for my inconveniences which was not nessesary, but either way I highly reccomend this site. The best prices i saw by far, and amazing service

I have used the service 7 times now, and have been very satisfied. If a mistake is made, or an item purchased they don't have, they make sure to correct any mistake, or make sure you are well compensated for any issues. Customer service is awesome, I've talked to them on two occasions, both times greeted very nicely, treated well, and I felt they really wanted to make my experience as best as it could be. They’re legit, honor missing items, quick, and the prices aren’t ridiculous lol I went to one site that sold the same exact gear I got from d2lewt that wanted 48 dollars, and I was only 12 here.
