Reliable & cooperation seller

On Google search,I found this website because I was looking for one of part of my vehicle.
PRATISHKA helped me finding correct part, very good price, amazing communication and quick dispatch. She helped me till I placed order and everything went smoothly.
I am glad I found a reliable & honest seller online because I had many bad experiences before with other companies.
I shall definitely recommend and buy again straight from them...... deserve 5 stars.

Where’s the refund

Item arrived fast but was incorrect for the vehicle
I then had to give a lot of information on the purchase before the return would be accepted
after this it was delivered back to them and I am now still chasing the refund this has taken weeks leading to months and the refund is still pending

D2Pautoparts cheap Chinese crap at dealer prices.

I purchased a EGR valve and EGR cooler (£580) for my 2013 Freelander2 from D2Pautoparts via the OnBuy.com (with a so called 10 Year warranty) as the original EGR cooler was leaking. After having it fitted (another £600) all worked fine for about 4 weeks, but now the EGR valve has gone faulty (not the original problem) I have emailed several times but they haven't answered any of them?. OnBuy.com just say contact your seller.
Cheap chinese crap, at main dealer prices, stay away unless you want to be ripped off.

A+ customer service

Recently purchased an oil cooler housing which turned out to be the wrong one, customer service was brilliant and even though they didn’t have the right one they provided me with valuable information helping me to locate the part I needed elsewhere
Item was refunded quickly after being sent back , probably the best customer service I’ve ever recieved

Puchased a thermostat housing for Peugeot 308 gtline sw.

I thought I had a fault with thermostat after I purchased one from d2pautoparts and i got garage to install it few weeks later fans were not blown and was not getting heat in cab so i presumed it was the last thing that was fixed . After fault finding and recieving a replacement within 24 hours at no cost I found out that it was actually a heater motor loose wire. New thermostat arrived and I did not even open it and returned it..great trusting company and super fast on communication and deliveries.

Thanks you again for you support

Great company to deal with and I will continue to use them. Customer service was brilliant

AVOID these at all costs

AVOID these at all costs. Check out their feedback on here and eBay for a true representation of this cowboy outfit. Bought an inlet manifold for a 2.2 mercedes. 7 hour labour job to find the new manifold/motor does not work! "All parts are to a high quality" - clearly not. No labour cost refunded as now have to do the job AGAIN.
STAY CLEAR, better quality out there. Read their reviews here, their google info and eBay for a better reflection of actually how poor their products are

Not OEM, Chinese Copy?

I purchased some tpms sensors that on arrival were clearly Chinese copies and note OEM. I know this because I then bought genuine OEM ones and asked if they ever were ever not individually packaged with instructions etc. the dealer said no they were all individually packaged. Mine from this company came loose in a Jiffy bag and had different coloured writing on them again showing them to not be OEM. When I submitted eBay feedback to warn buyers away from this company they had the feedback removed citing I couldn’t prove they were not OEM, even though I had provided pics of the OEM ones for comparison. Imagine fitting these things them not calibrating and then having to pay for them to be removed and then purchase proper ones before having to pay again for them to be fitted into the wheels. This company is not in the side of the customer and will do anything they can to remove bad feedback that shows what they’re up to. Thank God for Trustpilot so people can be warned about rogue companies like this outfit.

Asked for their complaints procedure and they didn't provide any details.
Quite rude customer service as well.

Use other auto parts providers as they have longer warranties for self installed parts. (D2p is only limited to one year)

Hopefully ok

From what I can gather, this Co. is owned by AMESPLAN LTD.
Appears to be bona fide business selling on Ebay.
Bought a wiper motor which fitted my car without problem.
Only issue is how long it's likely to last. It doesn't move quite as smoothly as original part. I suspect that parts are cheap because they come from the East.
Just a pity that original manufacturer's parts are so ridiculously expensive.
So far it's survived one day of rain.
My fingers remain crossed.
