It is fraud
It is fraud. They do not deliver items regardless of the fact that it is paid for them. I ordered some hair cutting machine and it haven't been delivered. I wrote to them several times and they ignored my mails. It is people not to be trusted and I will see if it is possible to report them and demand money back.

Slow shipment, and chinese.
Very slow shipment due to company warehouse is located in China, which may also result in additional tax or import costs for certain countries. Since my package was sent in 2 different shipments i was charged an additional cost of 15€. They hide this information because they know they will lose sales.

Item arrived BROKEN No return, refund or replacement.
Item arrived without box, just bubble wrap, no delivery note and BROKEN. 2 months of emails and photos sent. Company won't provide a return address despite asking repeatedly and no replacement or refund given. Disgraceful company.

6 weeks delivery time
Don’t shop here! 6 weeks delivery!!
I ordered onBlack Friday. On december 5th the money was paid, andI received a shipping notification. The 6th it left the outbound warehouse according to the track and trace. The 12th I followed up, and they reassured me it would soon arrive as they ship air freight (from Holland to DK). On the 19th there was no further movement, so I inquired again, and now got the update that arrival is expected between December 28th and January 10th!!!! So no Christmas present after all-
