Corbin out of Salem NH was a great salesman but be prepared for an all day affair. He used all his skills and did eventually make his sale, but I do wish he had stuck with the 1.5 hours. Made it feel pressured and this kind of project(siding) is an investment.
Corbin showed up on time, was friendly and unafraid of my very large, loud dog gs, which made them love him.

Excellent customer service! John went above and beyond to help design the exterior of our home. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions. We were also really impressed with the financial arrangements and promotions! We worked with John Nelson and we will absolutely be coming back for windows next.

First contact
The original contact, the man (wish I could remember his name) who got this started was knowledgeable enough to point out some roofing issues I had not found in my brief inspection. So, we set up an appointment to get the free evaluation just to see what are looking at, without the intent to purchase anything at this time. So, then we meet Dave and a little bit later Shanelle for our inspection. The results were positive for us, because there was no significant damage at all. But as we evaluated the good fortune, we also knew we had a 15-year-old roof and it was going to breakdown soon enough, we all sat down and had an honest adult discussion, which was my final selling point. We agreed to purchase, and Dave has gone above and beyond since that point to ensure customer service, and we are looking forward to the install.
