I ordered a PS3 Slim from Dacby which was clearly listed as available on their portal. For 5 days, there was no update or delivery, and then the order was abruptly cancelled by their team. Later, they told me the refund would be processed within 48 hours — yet it took another 4 days! This was my very first order on this site, and the entire experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.

That said, their customer service team did follow up regularly and kept communication open, which I appreciated. If they can fix their product availability and delivery timelines, they have the potential to provide a much better shopping experience.

While the application demonstrates promise, the absence of PlayStation 5 game sales functionality represents a significant area for enhancement, particularly given the limited selection of available titles. Furthermore, incorporating pre-order options on the website would likely prove advantageous. The current options for selling PS5 games are also limited.

I bought pre-owned Xbox S series with 3months additional warranty. Apparently, when i received the console i came to know it was a banned console with a faulty controller. Dacby team immediately accepted their mistake and arranged a pick up.

After a week I received a replacement console and controller. I am surprised to see the controller is again faulty so not able to test console altogether.

Clearly they are a fraud company based out on noida running their business in the name of Shark Tank.

never use this app Dacby is the one of the worst company that I have ever seen in my life they stolen my PS4 I send my PS4 to them in return for some money and they keep it they asking me money to return me back as I have sent a good working PS4 but they told me it's broken and it's not working and after that they asking me money to return it back after braking my good working PS4 it almost 6 to 7 months now they have not return it yet I will recommend everyone don't fall for this scam company use something else or buy a new one from recognize company like Amazon Flipkart Don't fall for this cheap company I don't know how they are Operating this scam doing fraud to people I think government is not aware of this This company should shutdown

I ordered a quest 2 from them and after 8 days they haven't dispatched the item. First they said the quest 2 they had face plate issues and would acquire a new one, then they started to tell me they already the dispatched the quest 2 but when I track the it on shiprocket it shows pickup still pending. When I contact their customer care they say it's due to shiprocket technical issues that I am not getting updates on tracking page.

It's a fraud company. They took my shipment and cancelled the order. Their customer care is not reachable. I'll file a police complaint again them.

Very Disappointed – Wrong Product Sent and No Response

I ordered a PS4 game disc from Dacby and received the wrong product. I immediately contacted their support and sent 2-3 emails, but I haven’t received any response at all. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. It’s been days with no resolution or even an acknowledgment. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you want to risk being ignored after they mess up your order.

COMPLETE SCAM – STAY FAR AWAY FROM DACBY**

It was like they vanished the second they got my money. No customer support, no acknowledgement, no accountability. *Radio silence.*
Eventually, when I did manage to get a response (after multiple attempts), they acted like *I* was the problem. Not only did they fail to take responsibility, but they were rude and dismissive. They made it as difficult as possible to even talk about a refund, let alone get one. The nerve of this company is unbelievable.
Let me be clear: this is not just a mistake—it’s a scam. This kind of behavior isn’t just bad business, it’s *intentional deception*. And I’m clearly not the only one. After my experience, I found other reviews describing the exact same pattern—wrong items sent, ignored customer service, and refusal to refund. It’s a deliberate business model based on fraud.
DACBY presents itself as a professional company, with a clean-looking website and well-written product listings. Don’t fall for it. It’s a front. Behind that polished site is a team (if they even exist) that doesn’t care one bit about the customer. Once they get your money, they disappear, leaving you with the wrong product and no help.
They don’t deserve to be in business. This kind of operation only survives if people don’t speak up, which is why I’m writing this. To anyone considering a purchase from DACBY: **Don’t do it.** There are so many reputable businesses out there—DACBY is not one of them. They lie, cheat, ignore, and steal. Period.
I wish I could give them zero stars. Actually, I wish I could give them negative stars. They’ve earned nothing but shame and bad karma.

Payment delayed. I called them Yesterday 2 times after that they switched off their mobile.. my product ps5 825gb returned on 3rd March.. they are not responding my calls or whatsapp messages.. Big mistake very big mistake.. it's been 4 days and I didn't receive any messages or my money..

Prices are higher than MRP. WWE 2k24 is listed for 1800 and price on steam is just rs 820. Funny.
Not just that, there are many products like this, another eg: g29 with gears is listed for 37000, you can get all brand new stuff for just 30000 on amazon.in with additional bank credit card discounts. This website is selling second hand products higher than the price of brand new product. Something really fishy, I had watched shark tank to check this out, but it looks like a scam.

Payment delayed, it’s been 10 days now and still waiting for payment and they give everyday new payment commitments day before yesterday they said you will get the product quality report and payment in the evening and yesterday they said you will the payment in 3-4 hrs and today they are saying there was problem with your upi id, I have gave new upi id now they are saying payment will be done by evening and its now almost 8 pm and payment not done

Big time scammers worst response worst product only work for 2 days and being under warranty is of no use as they don't care once the product is delivered waste of money and the product parts unavailable anywhere so cant get repaired at local repair shops

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from dacby. After initially responding to my concerns and promising to repair my console, they took possession of the device for repair. However, it's now been almost 2 days since they received it, and I've yet to receive any updates on the status of the repair.

What's even more concerning is that my attempts to inquire about the issue and the progress of the repair have been met with complete silence. My messages are being ignored, and it seems like dacby is avoiding communication altogether.

As a customer, it's unacceptable to be left in the dark about the status of my property. I entrusted dacby with my console, and I expect regular updates and transparent communication throughout the repair process.

dacby's lack of responsiveness and accountability has eroded my trust in their company. Until they address this issue and provide a satisfactory resolution, I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.

Okay so I want to share my experience with dacby.com
I ordered the PS5 on August 1st and it arrived at my door step on 10th of August. They promised that it'll be delivered around 9th of August but I didn't.So I just advice dacby to change the partner carrier and chooses the fast and best carrier and get the product to the customer as soon as possible. When it comes to product (PS5) which I ordered it is good as a performance wise it's value for money. So I recommend dacby👍

I recently made a purchase on dacby.com, drawn by the appealing prices for used CDs. For simple and cheap purchases like these, the platform performs adequately. However, I strongly advise against buying anything that may require after-sales support. My experience with their customer service via WhatsApp has been profoundly disappointing and unhelpful.

Specifically, I bought a PS4 controller for slightly over 3000 rupees. Upon receiving the product, I found that the battery would charge only up to 2 bars and not fully. Despite sending pictures and explaining that the controller was left charging for 10 days continuously, the customer service response was dismissive, stating, "The controller battery lasts at least 1 hour and 30 minutes on a full charge."

The issue is still unresolved, and I’ve given up hope of getting it fixed. After all this, they even asked me to leave a review, so here it is.

In short, dacby.com is okay for cheap, low-risk buys, but if you need good after-sales support or are buying something expensive, I’d recommend going somewhere else like GameNation. GameNation has always sent me good quality products and have great support.
