No delivery

No delivery as of it. It has been one week as the package is sitting somewhere.

Editing (as I cannot answer the seller's feedback).
I am not sure you know exactly which order is mine.
As you can see below, there was no delivery tentative. I contacted you via e-mail at kundenservice dachfenster-rollo.de .
I will update the rating if the situation is properly clarifyed via e-mail.

Hi ,

thanks for the feedback,

as you should have seen, the parcel was tried to be delivered just today, but DPD had a wrong adress , so they state. We also informed you via Mail about this.

So we would be glad if you redo the feedback into a proper one, your order is made a few days ago and even though there is an error, it is still in time. Besides that, a feedback totally based on a little delivery issue, is not reliable at all.

Edit: Oh we know your exact order, and we also just informed you today, that we will send you a new parcel, as the first one returned due to an error.
