AVOID!!!!!

AVOID!!!!!! Would not trust this dealership. Sold myself and my husband a car that is not fit for purpose. We are now stuck with a dead car, have paid out so far £2,500 in repairs because the dealership have wanted nothing to do with it they made that clear from the start and now it needs a whole new ECU unit from the incorrect batttery being fitted at purchase which we were NOT made aware of. Am now starting a legal battle, all I can say is I hope they can sleep at night, scum.

They do nothing but lie from day 1

They do nothing but lie from day 1. All appear nice but started to catch them out in little lies. Don’t know anything about the cars they sell, they just clean them a little and any existing problems is the new owners issue. Once the car is sold they don’t want to know. AVOID these lying, money grabbing scums

Hi Daniel
Sorry if you had a genuine bad experience with us however we keep over 5 years worth of records leads and sales, your name doesn't appear on our systems whatsoever. We have a great team with over 10 years experience. Your review doesn't reflect the 5 Star reviews we have on all our other platforms.

The vehicle was faulty from day one

The vehicle was faulty from day one, offered very little compensation £500 to keep the vehicle with potentially £1300 of faults. Absolutely would not offer any discount at purchase, and subsequently ending up spending close to £200 of my own money swapping insurance on my old car twice, plus a tyre, plus half a tank of fuel and 2 new keyfobs for the car from them. Do not believe everything they tell you. Returned the car to be repaired by them and told me they would repair, even though i got quotes. Just dont think they will do a proper repair job, not overly happy, spent 30 minutes on the phone and was advised by the finance company to take the car back and wash my hands of it. So i returned it today, i wouldnt say AVOID this company but absolutely check every single thing out. would i buy from them again almost certainly not. Be interesting to see what response they post back here. The faults with the car are 3 glowplugs faulty at £155 per time not including labour, and low engile oil pressure turn engine off every morning after 400 miles of driving. This appears to be £1245 job to drop the sump and change a £7.45 oil pipe pick up seal. That is when he offered me £500 to keep the dump of a car. No way will i entertain that.
