Terrible

We had a terrible experience last time we changed our tires here. They told us that they stripped our wheel lock bolts and were unapologetic. We asked how this could happen and they said it happened when the mechanic put on our summer tires. Which we had done in this same location. We tried to get help in the matter but no one cared and we have not gotten a response. We expect a company to provide good service and communicate back to us to try to help fix a situation if they have messed up. We will not be going back as they have bad service here.
