I was a fan and followed for years. We've been waiting for the opportunity to join crowdfunding with our Dacxi investment, then 2 days ago, CEO Ian announces to the world that we can't actually do this. Feel very let down. Another take from the earlier video with Andy, when Ian is asked about his previous employment he claims been involved in innovative companies but does not name any. if that's not an alarm bell that this whole thing is smoke screen, I don't know what is. Very dissapointed

In response to the comments of Mike Wt. If you are actually engaged in reading the Bi-weekly emails, or subscribed to the Dacxi Chain YouTube channel for regular updates from Ian Lowe the CEO of Dacxi Chain you would be very aware of the future of Dacxi Chain, Dacxi Coin, and Wealth99. Ignorance is bliss, it is also a curse.

Is this nonsense finally over? No updates for weeks. Katherine Wooller gone. Ludbrook in hiding. Price has plummeted. Removed from one of the few exchanges which hosted them. My heart goes out to all the older generation who have lost their savings, ripped off by Squilarri.

I have questions and need to talk to someone.

Using the Dacxi Platform has been an excellent experience. Everything is simple and easy to use, and the customer service is prompt. I like that the Learn platform provides lots of education and guidance to help me with my crypto journey.

I first was attracted to Dacxi for its A plus Security Rating...when i joined back in early 2018
Love that it focuses on the safer blue chip Crypto's and precious metals.
The platform was designed to be easy to use, as its very popular with the elderly, the baby boomers, people who want to invest and help protect there wealth.
I also love the Dac coin as its USECASE is very exciting!

After many years working and investing in the retail wealth space, it is refreshing to be able to find a safe and user friendly retail platform that educates you on some of the blue chip Digital / Crypto assets whilst providing a safe platform with custodian security. Well done Dacxi management, we can now confidently invest in this new asset class and enjoy the ride in this exciting emerging $1.0T market plc

Dynamic Company
After watching for many years lots of different companies in the Cryto currency space, I have not found one that delivers the education and support for the customer on their wealth journey like Dacxi does...keep up the great work.

Since the beginning this is a company with high integrity and performance to back it up - my first choice and recommended to everyone interested in creating welath

I have been using Dacxi since the beginning in 2018 and made big gains in the last bull run. I'm now buying more because of the huge expansion plans and the leadership of Ian Lowe.

What a great Wealth platform. Functions like a safe crypto exchange, no rubbish coins, and great videos for the beginner to learn about crypto and individual coins. Love the precious Metal bundle, Stablecoins, and a high-growth coin. easy to KYC your account, and easy to purchase portfolio bundles or individual coins.

I have sent many emails over a one year period and phone calls in a attempt to exchange my Dacxi token or sell it. You can not it is worth $0 as it’s not a crypto currency only a token, even NFT’s have a blockchain number this company has nothing

All comments are based upon my own opinion and on my personal experience.

I was approached by one of their consultants (Qualified Partner) in February 2021.

He proceeded to sell the investment opportunity to me through phone calls, WhatsApp messages and holding the occasional Microsoft Teams / Zoom meetings with a fellow consultant (Partner).

White papers were produced, and supporting information provided.
Morning meetings with the Dacxi Sales Director were attended. Evening Q and A sessions with the then CEO were attended.

However, it turns out that the information supplied was factually incorrect.

As time moved on, I believe I was deliberately misled numerous times (over 15 times by multiple personnel), not just by the consultants but also senior personnel.

The Qualified Partners and Partners were being paid in crypto currency to bring new members on. They were also rewarded with regular Sales Awards and Rewards.

A number of positive reviews on Trustpilot will likely be Partners and Qualified Partners who received crypto currency payments when bringing on new customers and/or when existing customers they had previously brought on invested more, please be aware.

I logged a complaint with Dacxi Ltd on 11th May 2022, they were late in both initiating the complaint and late communicating at the 4 week stage. I've now had their final response claiming they can absolve themselves of all actions made by their Partners / Qualified Partners.

I don't believe this to be the case having referred them to caselaw 'Hedley Byrne & Co Ltd v Heller & Partners Ltd (1964) AC 465 (HL)'; I believe having read this and similar caselaw, no amount of disclaimers etc. can absolve an entity entirely of such responsibility.

A Subject Access Request was requested on 13th May 2022, now 7th July 2022 and I've had no acknowledgement or information.

I'm at the stage now where I'm going to have to pursue legal action.

I've taken a number of weeks to go through all the communications from this entity and drawn up a full report which concludes numerous acts of what I believe to be deliberate negligent misstatements having been made. I'll be reporting this entity and its consultants to the relevant parties and asking them to investigate. ICO approached already, a number of other organisations to follow this week.

As it stands, I'm c. £40,000 out of pocket due to negligent mistatement together with (in my opinion) being victim of unethical business practices.

I work in the financial services sector, have done so for well over 20 years. I totally agree with the principles set out by the FCA, such as 'Treating Customers Fairly', 'Providing Information which is Clear, Fair and Not Misleading' and 'Acting with Integrity'.

I am utterly disgusted by what I've witnessed with this organisation, its personnel and its consultants, I suspect something is very wrong here.

The head of complaints missed the 2 day complaint acknowledgement deadline and the 4 week update deadline. All evidence necessary to prove negligent misstatement causing financial loss was provided.

Rather than admit he was late at the 4 week stage, he made out the dates offered were a 'guideline' only; however, after re-reading the complaints procedure, this does not appear to be the case, it indicates that 'not following the complaints procedure may result in disciplinary action' leading me to believe the dates are set in stone (as they should be).

This only reaffirms that Dacxi Limited's personnel provide non-factual information to customers in order to cover for earlier mistakes.

The conclusion to the complaint was received in time (I reminded them a few days before the deadline) and the reasoning for not upholding the complaint was, in my opinion, counter to how a Judicial Review would respond backed up by how I read UK caselaw.

UK caselaw was referred too in my recent email communication, and obviously not factored into the complaints conclusion.

I have heard nothing about the Subject Access Request and have therefore contacted the Information Commissioner's Office.

RESPONSE TO DACXI COMMENTS

Everything said in this review is in my opinion factual, Dacxi Limited have twice flagged this review with Trustpilot in an attempt to shut down a truthful statement of account.

It is not my intention to provide any inaccurate information. I asked Dacxi Limited to clarify which information they believed to be libellous so I could further clarify (if necessary)? They have yet to provide any clarity on this.

Trustpilot are unable to display my complaint correspondence unfortunately, but I will likely be able to post my report on other media once the relevant organisations approached have finished their investigations.

top platform, I've been using it for 4 years

I had a lot of faith in this project at the start. I invested and placed over 20 odd people to this project. Something I regret heavily now. ( they gradually moved the goal posts and the red flags kept coming)

As someone who knows a good deal about this space it looked very promising. ( the model changed and promises made never appeared )

However. The more I looked and the more I engaged ( especially with a top guy Andrew who, as it turned out is a salesman and politician and a very rude one at that ) it is clear this platform is taking advantage of newbies in the area. Making money from you and more and more it is turning into a scheme that won't last. Pushing you to get people to invest for a %. The bait was pushed more and more.

The fees state x yet when you buy they end up being y and way over charged.

It is like buying something online for €50 euro and being told shipping is €1 but when you get to the checkout.

€3 is added for admin fees €1 is a tax on the shipping and €8 is added for..... Well just.

Don't dare ask why as your question will be answered with a question, deflected and or links thrown at you. That's if your comment, question or. concern doesn't get deleted. They don't like hard questions.

(the reply below only furthers my point. They still do not explain why they advertise a rate and charge another. Taking advantage of those that don't understand.

Also, I am well aware of the bear market we are in, in fact, I love it as it is so much eaiser to trade and make money through day and swing trades. To imply I am only leaving a review because we are in a bear market is insulting and a deflection. I am, by no means, frustrated with the market. If you cant make money when it goes down as well as up, you shouldn't be trading. Trying to excuse their behaviors by stating I only left a review because I lost money 😂 I am not a newbie to crypto. This is a warning to others not to get sucked into the project )

Stay clear. I will use this coin to make money via daily trading and cash out while not being overcharged. It won't last. Keep your money safe. I don't think it will be here long term. I highly doubt it.

Easy to use, great customer service and security. Heaps of educational help with DACXI as well I believe with my research they are going to do really well in the future I am invested heavily in the project. My only issue is that it only has a select few coins to invest in however they are top coins and expected to do well so perfect for the low risk or new investor. Also they have a metals purchase so you can buy gold silver or platinum you don’t get that anywhere else I believe.

I am happy with my purchase of Dacxi coins.
I knew it was a long term investment not a scam or get rich quick scheme.
I have also used it to buy and sell bitcoin and other coins.
Some people who have nothing better to do target successful businesses and try to channel people to their own scam site. That is their game!

Friendly team who helped with initial crypto purchases. Should list the coin on the Australian Swfytx platform.

I was introduced early on and researched. Once satisfied it was good I invested as it’s a brilliant crypto wallet and I had been wanting to be in the sector.

You must be fully aware that it is a long investment and not a get rich quick scheme. The negatives seem to come from very ill informed people who think they are experts.

My strategy is clear and Dacxi has my interest.
