Brilliant customer service

Very quick and easy. Even when I entered the incorrect delivery address, DadShop was able to change it without issue before it shipped!!! Thank you so much. Dad LOVED his birthday pressie.

Good item.but faulty

Placing the order and delivery of the beard catcher was seamless. It was presented it to my hubby as a gift from one of the kids. From the first use, the right suction doesn't stay on/stuck on the mirror. It keeps falling off, which is quite annoying. The other side is good and firm

Hi Gee we trusted our local supplier with their product quality and hence did not check every single one of them when they get sent out. Sometimes we do get a dud or two and if it's being communicated to us, we are happy to send a replacement.
