Estoy extremadamente decepcionado con el servicio técnico oficial. Se me rompió la lavadora Daewoo. Inicialmente, me dijeron que un técnico se pondría en contacto conmigo en 24/48 horas después de mi llamada del jueves por la tarde. Sin embargo, el lunes, cuando llamé yo para saber por qué no recibía ninguna llamada del técnico, me informaron que la espera podía extenderse hasta 72 horas. El martes, al llamar nuevamente, me dijeron que podría haber presentado una reclamación y que, de todas formas, el técnico no contestaba al teléfono. Esta falta de cumplimiento y de comunicación es inaceptable. Cinco días perdidos en una espera absurda, sin solución ni seguimiento. Y en la última llamada, por si fuera poco, terminaron colgándome el teléfono.
