dafne is therapy in your language, with licensed therapists who understand where you come from. We started as a group of therapists and psychologists working with Spanish-speaking clients across the United States. Again and again, we saw the same thing: people who needed support and could not find affordable care in their own language. So we built dafne. dafne is named after Dafne, a psychologist on our team who has dedicated her work to immigrant clients and to breaking the stigma that keeps so many people from asking for help. That spirit guides everything we do. How it works is simple. You tell us a little about yourself and the state you live in, and we pair you with a therapist licensed to work with you there. Sessions are 45 minutes, by phone, so you can talk from wherever you feel comfortable. Choose a single session or a package; the more sessions you book, the lower the price per session. Unlike many Spanish-language therapy platforms, every dafne therapist is a professional licensed in the United States. That also means that if you ever need it for a legal process, we can provide, on request, a letter confirming your attendance in therapy. Our therapists speak your language and understand your culture, your family and the pressures you carry.
