Extremely disappointing experience. My return was delivered and officially confirmed, yet the refund was not processed for weeks. Despite multiple polite follow ups, I received no clear response and no concrete timeline. A customer should not have to rely on third party intervention to resolve a straightforward return. Very poor communication and highly unprofessional handling of customer service. I would not recommend.
