The first consultation wasn’t…that great. was very general not big effort to advice customer
The first consultation wasn’t personalized and I had the impression that was a pc system and not a
specialized (human) dedicated to the service.
My skin didn’t improve much but only a bit.
Only the texture of my skin is better now, but the redness is still there.
Fortunately, I am not a desperate case.
The money I spend are not justifying the result.
I won’t buy again. I Don’t particularly recommend.

We’re sorry to hear that you got the impression that the consultation wasn’t personalized. All consultations are answered by real estheticians which is why replies aren’t immediate but answered the next work day.
Unfortunately it seems that you didn’t finish the consultation. Your estheticians had some follow up questions and also requested picture of your skin in order to create a complete and personalize recommendation which wasn’t answered. As a result they didn’t have enough information to provide a complete recommendation.
We’re sorry to hear that you aren’t experiencing an improvement in the skin. We’d be happy to help you succeed with the products and we’re always available if you have any questions or concerns. As we mention in the skin care routine it’s important to contact us immediately if you aren’t experiencing an improvement within the first 15 days. It might be necessary to review the routines and make adjustments to fit your needs since everyone is different.
It seems that you purchased the products before starting the online consultation. According to the preliminary recommendation done by the esthetician based on the information available it seems that you’ve purchased other products than the ones we’d recommend for your skin.
