Incredibly disappointing experience…
Incredibly disappointing experience with this seller. I requested to cancel an order (pet stroller) via email (x2) and phone (x2) shortly after purchase and they proceeded to send the order and advise no cancellation requests were received despite sighting time and date stamped emails. They were supposed to organise pick-up of the incorrectly sent parcel and to date no pick up has occured and the courier service have advised that they have no record a pickup was scheduled. They never answer their phone or responded to left voice messages conveniently claiming they've not received them. It has been exhausting having to constantly chase them up to provide basic customer service.
