Awful service and awful product

We were trying to find candidates in the local Tokyo market and Dai Job were very responsive when discussing packages of job postings.

After posting the account manager stopped responding to messages and queries but then had the audacity to email asking about payment after ignoring 3 of my previous emails.

The product UI is really awful and confusing. We got 0 good applicants and very low numbers. Save your money and use elsewhere.
