My girls and I love this particular…

My girls and I love this particular program with Dane. He's relatable the exercises are easy to do which I need especially with having bad knees I'm 51 years old and have been out of exercising for a few years.

So many options!

Great trainers with plenty of options/modifications to make each workout accessible for many levels! Highly recommend. Especially the retro sculpt series is loads of fun

Great workout

Great workout! I’m in my 70’s and still need to get that cardio up. I didn’t use the step, (used to in my 40’s and 50’s) but it still got my heart rate right where I need it to be. Thanks! Nice job keeping it fun!
