Excellent timely tips in the points and miles sphere plus additional layers of useful information for travel hackers. And I especially like the humor (looking at you Mike Dodge:) And of course love Kara & Nate!

Daily Drop has been my go-to tool since I decided to dive into the world of travel rewards. I started from scratch and learned so much from their tips. I’ve just completed my first trip where I used miles and points to cover part of the expenses. The redemptions weren’t blockbuster values, but they still saved me a nice chunk of money.
If you’re new to this game, Daily Drop makes it simple and fun to learn. But even experienced travelers will find value in the more advanced strategies they share.

Useful
I haven't used the tool a lot, but it has given me some good info. But also, when looking at Seattle hotels, it gave me options that weren't available when I went to look to book. And it would be nice to have the price listed next to the points, like the Google Flights + PointsYeah extension does.
I do like the help when I'm looking for a specific route and date that someone will do some checks for me.

I have learned so much since subscribing to the Daily Drop. Although I don't travel all that much, I do enjoy getting good deals on the traveling that I do.

In general I love getting the daily email. A couple of things could make it better though. Often the links to articles at the top of the newsletter are far more interesting than anything in the newsletter. Lean into telling us about those things.
I don't care where in the World Mike is, and honestly sick of hearing about it.
I also don't want extensive examples of hotel redemptions in suburbs of eastern European cities or other random villages in Asia or Africa that I will never go to. I get that you can get a great points deal when the hotel costs under $100/night anyway.
Sometimes it feels like Mike's travel blog, and I'm not interested.

I have put into practice a lot of the resources that Daily Drop shares in the newsletter and YouTube channel. Thanks to the insights that they shared, I traveled almost for free with miles and points, and I also learned how to maximize my credit card perks.
There is so much to learn about miles and points that is overwhelming but Daily Drop really knows how to put all that in a way that is easier to catch up with.

Lovely newsletter and points, miles, and travel website! The points to cents calculator is extremely helpful!

I got the sapphire card and it is definitely changing my travel! I literally fly every week to watch my 3 kids who all play NCAA sports. The point difference is crazy!

I truly love reading the newsletter everyday. I like the jokes, the analogies, and the easy-going aspects of how everything is explained.
I would just say that I have tried to explain things to my parents (they’re both Spanish-speaking) and I have a hard time finding the resources in Spanish. I think that might be a market that’s being underserved and could open more doors to both the readers and the writers.
Best,
Laura
