No personalization at all
I just previewed my first box, and ended up canceling the shipment and ending my membership. Of the nine items in the preview, three of them were from categories I did not choose or indicated I did not want on the profile and one was an off shoulder top. Not really appropriate for a 71-year-old! I did not find it personalized at all, and that first impression was enough to decide I would save them and myself a lot of time and money. On the plus side, canceling the membership was easy and they even refunded my stylist fee so the customer service was positive.

I canceled my box a year ago and at the start of they year they up and sent me another one. Huge sizes, terrible styles and absolute price gouging. Don't get sucked into this.

Most items were too expensive and not…
Most items were too expensive and not special or interesting to justify. I could get similar items at TJ Maxx. I gave feedback and six months chance, but never ordered more than one or two items, sometimes none. I did splurge to buy 2 pairs of jeans and said I didn’t need more, but kept getting jeans in later boxes. My last box for Oct didn’t come til Dec. Overall disappointing.

Elizabeth F nails my order every time! She sends me things I would never pick off a clothing rack, but everything looks fabulous on me, and she is helping me build a brand new wardrobe that is so versatile. So many of my clothes are versatile now. The prices are a little on the steep side, but the quality of the clothing can’t be beat.

I ordered my first box in Sept 2025. It is Jan 2026 and no box. They will not refund me my styling fee because they claim it is in transit when in reality they only made a shipping label. There are 100s of reviews online identical to mine. This business is a scam.
