I purchased a DJI clone for $140.00 Aud (supposedly reduced for a short time from $1200.00) but received a cheap drone that is possibly worth not more than $30.00.I sent 4 emails to them asking them to either send me the correct item or credit my account, but they all came back as undeliverable mail.
Like many others, I wish I had seen this site before ordering.

They do not respond to e-mails, like all the others say, do not purchase from them, they do not sell what they advertise but toys in place of the real thing. Do not let them scam you, it'll take forever to get your money back if you're lucky enough to get it back, but you won't get your time back.

What a scam. I ordered the "light sabre" and received a piece of junk (broken in transit BTW, poorly mis-packaged) I would not pay $0.25 for at a carnival. I got the thing today and have already disputed the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY!

I ordered a drone from the company that they said was normally $2,000 but was on sale for $120. When it came in, it was a $20 drone. They do not at all respond to emails. It's a complete scam.

Do not buy from them. It is a total fraudulent Shop. Facebook should have some responsabiliza as well.

Ordered an item from these idiots and twice had to put correct address before finalising then got confirmation email with the wrong mailing address tried the ten times to contact customer support with no response package never arrived stay as far away from this lot as possible very surprised they haven't been shut down they deserve to be

Had a similar experience to others, ordered a mavic clone and received a $20 quad that is small enough to fit in my mouth. No extra battery, no response from the company when I sent a (admittedly) scathing letter to their customer service. Lets shut this business down by spreading the word.

I ordered a Maverick Air Drone with 2 extra battery packs for 150 USD and received a toy mini drone that costs 20 USD with no extra battery packs at all.

I don't understand how Facebook can allow advertisers like this!! ANd it seems that I am not the first one being scammed.

Wish I had read this site first. Ordered (2) high quality light sabres advertised as collectors grade. Received (2) smashed kids' toys. They are labeled "For kids 3 and up". Have emailed customer service but don't hold out any hope of their reply.

Still no reply to my e-mails, I've given up the ghost now of getting any satisfaction from them, lesson learned.

This is a dishonest Chinese based organisation, advertising products that are completely different to what is delivered. They steal images and videos of quality products and pretend to sell these from their website.

The products that actually arrive are inferior, plastic copies that are not even close to what was advertised.

They do not respond to their customer service email address at all.

Do not buy anything from them.

Do not buy! no product delivered!! Phone number is no good. Wish I would have seen this site before buying. I am reporting them.

Was considering buying a drone from this site, but I noticed that between the time I first found the site and now (a week later) they had scrubbed the photos and description so that they no longer showed the product as being a DJI Spark drone. It's still the same drone in the pics, same ad, just without the word "Spark" or other details. I'd stay away. I certainly am.

I recently ordered an item from this company. The item did not comply with the advertisement. A total scam and a lie, the item is 10x smaller than in the advertisement video, not the same as showed in the picture, very bad quality and cheap plastics. This item was sold $ 100,- but does not worth more than $ 5,-. The customer service does not respond to emails.
