I ordered for Fitbit Alta but got something else called Smart Bracelet. I sent them an email but got no reply. Unfortunately, there is no other way to reach them. They deceitfully advertised the product I purchased as ‘Fitbit styled’ Alta. So much dishonesty.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Purchased what was advertised as a…
Purchased what was advertised as a Fitbit versa however it wasn’t and sneakily added the word ‘style’ in there.
Used their only method of contact (email) to cancel the order 4 mins after it was made (it states you can cancel within two hours on the website)
Three days later, still no contact from them after numerous attempts from me! (Although it states on their website they get back to you in 24 hours)
I’ve now just received shipment confirmation so no sign of cancellation. This could all have been avoided if they had cancelled my order!!!
Non existent customer service, wish I had never made order, so much more hassle and I’m worried I don’t get my money back!
I would not recommend ordering from here at all.
Now I will have to receive this order and try to return after they ‘allow’ me to !!! Really not happy
