when you buy they say "open a ticket in the discord server", and they almost everytime have maximum tickets opened, and no one is checking them, i've been waiting for weeks and no answers.
I also bought multiple products, and i only got one, via email, only some products come directly in email but most are "open a ticket", def not worth it, -rep.
