0 Communication, waited 1 month and no bike..
I ordered a Fatbike on April 26th 2025. Dailywheels advertised next day delivery. I bought the bike on that idea. After a couple days, the bike still not received and no update on the matter. I messaged them, gave them my order number, and they said the bike will take 2-3 weeks, understandable because it is global issue. After this, they did not respond to another of my messages. They will not reply to you for weeks at end. They ignored me for 1 whole MONTH. I was trying my best to be patient and understanding of the situation but they were showing that they don't care.. It is now 1 month and 2 weeks after I ordered and I have still not received a bike. 1 Month!! I canceled my order (which took a week itself) and am sadly left to look elsewhere for a more competent and responsible company. Please be cautious and aware that you will not have any communication with this company if you proceed to order with them. This company is very very very disorganized and frankly, is a waste of you're time.
