This place is run by buffoons. Customer service is non existent here to be most polite. You know those typical arrogant Italian websites that never work and you have to pull you hair out to be able to converse with someone, that has the ability to use common sense? NOT HERE. They advertise easy returns non their site that makes you think you can return it with there label.. not the case... it will cosgtyou $100 to send back....They indicated the wrong size on their site.....sizing was off by 1/2 and took no responsibility to correct or return. Instead we got back emails telling us our case was complete. In other words we got your $$

Emails went unanswered even to management level VP...
We called their dealers and let them know they are selling the same products they sold to their dealer cheaper to US than what the dealer paid for the same item. THIS IS DAINESE. seems they do not care about anyone except themselves.

I guess I should of checked about this Italian company before buying anything from this country, but my fault I didn't know AGV or sena intercom or Dainise was Italian if I did then there would be no way on this earth I would of paid for this. I've tried contacting support but don't have any education because they even kniw how to use any of it.
