Milk deliveries no more!

Registered for milk deliveries.
Money was taken, no deliveries were made.
I complained, asked for a refund, which was denied. Instead they informed me delivery would start 10 days later and on days I didn’t ask for. Fine. I then went through the process of cancelling as laid out in their app. Got confirmation that everything was cancelled.
Money was taken 4 weeks later, no milk deliveries received, so clearly they cancelled this with the dairy farm but didn't cancel the payments. I naturally asked for my money back and again they are not refunding. They say they’ll be in touch. Service is awful - a complete shambles. I get that they are busy but it’s how they react, denying refunds and being really difficult that’s bad.

Hi Christine,

Sorry to see you've left us a 1-start review.

Many apologies about this. As this was in the heat of the first wave of the pandemic, meaning we were particularly busy in the office. I trust that our accounts department has refunded you for this now and we do apologise for any delays you had to your order.

Thanks,
